ZUS ma problemy, ale zastosował do nich zasłonę dymną. Jest taka stara złodziejska sztuczka: krzyczy się „złodzieje”, a samemu pakuje się do kieszeni ile wlezie. Bo ZUSowskie problemy wcale nie leżą tam, gdzie pokazują je „ekonomiści” i „politycy”. Bazowym, podstawowym, genetycznym błędem, można by powiedzieć bez zbytniego naciągania – grzechem pierworodnym tego systemu jest przymus alokacji pieniądza w OFE i płacenia horrendalnego podatku na ZUS, co już dość dawno temu udowodnił 2grosze: na swoim blogu. I tyle – cała reszta to komentarze.

Jak dowiedziałem się od pana Tomasza Cukiernika, ściągnięcie 100 euro podatku kosztuje nasze państwo 2,45 euro. Jeszcze tylko chciałbym wiedzieć, jak skuteczne jest wydawanie tych pieniędzy. Bo sądzę, że w porównaniu do Stanów z lat 70 jesteśmy w dalekim tyle. Oni mieli wtedy 60% to ile my mamy teraz? 40%? 30%? I jeszcze druga strona medalu: ile kosztuje oddanie 100 euro? No i oczywiście problem bardzo trudno mierzalny (bo ten poprzedni jest stosunkowo łatwy do określenia): ilu euro nie zarobił średnio ten, który zarobił, bo go ścięły podatki…

Czy ważna jest struktura, czy ważniejsza jest wielkość podatków – jest to jedno z podstawowych pytań dotyczących tego problemu. Bardziej po stronie struktury stoi na przykład Centrum Adama Smitcha, z Panem Gwiadzowskim. Opozycyjne stanowisko zajmuje na przykład Pan Korwin-Mikke.
